Job Description: Personal Assistant (PA) - Luxury Real Estate
Contract Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Managing both professional and personal schedules, planning meetings and events.
Coordinating appointments and luxury property viewings for VIP clients.
Handling communications (emails, phone calls, etc.) with clients and partners.
Organizing and managing project-related documentation, including contracts, mandates, and client files.
Preparing and formatting presentations, reports, and marketing documents.
Assisting with digital marketing operations, including social media and newsletters.
Organizing travel arrangements (reservations, itineraries, accommodations) for professional trips.
Performing general administrative tasks, such as mail handling, invoicing, and payments.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant, ideally in the real estate or luxury sectors.
Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
